COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD|
1 head lettuce
1/2 lb. bacon
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. onion juice
1/3 c. mild wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. large curd cottage
Fry bacon until crisp; cool and crumble. Tear lettuce
into small pieces. Toss all the ingredients together.
