1 c. diced celery
2 medium diced apples
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. cooked seafood (I*
use sea sticks)
1 medium green pepper
1 cucumber, diced
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Place apple in bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add
remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill.
*Microwave sea sticks 2 to 3 minutes on High and press
