GRAHAM MEMORIAL SALAD|
1 large bunch broccoli
1 large red onion
1 c. raisins
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Wash and dry broccoli; chop fine. Chop onion fine and
soak 10 minutes in salt water; drain. Cover raisins with
boiling water. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes; drain. Fry
bacon. Drain well. Crumble. Mix 3 ingredients to make
dressing. Toss everything well.
