PRETZEL SALAD

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter or
margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
strawberries

For crust mix pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into a
9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool. Blend
cream cheese and sugar together with mixer. Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour over pretzel crust. Chill. Mix jello, water and straw-
berries. Set 10 minutes. Pour over cheese mixture. Keep
refrigerated.
