4 c. Minute rice, cool
1 c. Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 lb. bacon, cooked and broken
into pieces
1 lb. bag fresh spinach,
broken into bite size
celery and onion as desired

Mix dressing, soy sauce and sugar. Add to rice until
brownish color. Refrigerate. When ready to serve add bacon,
spinach, celery and onion. Mix all ingredients together well
and serve.
