CLAM SAUCE FOR LINGUINI|
1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove (large) garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
Drain clams very well. Save liquid. Saute garlic
slowly in oil until tender. Stir in clam liquid and all other
ingredients except clams. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams. Heat
through. Serve over linguini.
