2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
salt and pepper
Cook broccoli spears until barely tender. Chop into
pieces. Add celery, olives, onion, eggs, salt and pepper to
taste. Mix with mayonnaise to your favorite salad consistency.
