1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas,
1 c. mayonnaise or less
1 tsp. lemon juice
seasoned salt
1/2 c. cashews (halves,
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 Tbsp. chopped onions (green,
if possible)

Mix and let stand for 2 to 3 hours for better flavor.
Dried onion pieces if you plan for leftovers.
