ORANGE CORONET MOLD|
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. orange juice
2/3 c. whipping cream (canned
milk may be used in place
of fresh cream)
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add sugar and place
over hot water until dissolved. Add orange juice and chill
until slightly thickened; whip. Add cream (whipped).
