7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni,
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green
peas, thawed
2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together.

Add 7 ounce can drained tuna.
2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
2 cups cubed ham or luncheon meat
2 cups cubed or shredded Cheddar cheese
Serves 8 to 10.
