HAM SALAD 1 lb. box macaroni spirals 2 dozen hard boiled eggs, cut up 2 (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked 1 large jar pimento, chopped 2 lb. baked ham, cut up 1 large onion, chopped 4 c. celery, diced 2 (13 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks 10 oz. cashew nuts 1 qt. mayonnaise 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. salt Cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine all ingredients except nuts, mayo, mustard, sugar and salt. Mix well. Combine mayo, mustard, sugar and salt. Add to ham. Refrigerate. Add nuts just before servings. Serves 50.
