1 lb. box macaroni spirals
2 dozen hard boiled eggs, cut
2 (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked
1 large jar pimento, chopped
2 lb. baked ham, cut up
1 large onion, chopped
4 c. celery, diced
2 (13 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple
10 oz. cashew nuts
1 qt. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine
all ingredients except nuts, mayo, mustard, sugar and salt.
Mix well. Combine mayo, mustard, sugar and salt. Add to ham.
