1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Tbsp. celery salt
2 c. boiling water
3 c. hot milk
3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
In a pot, cook onion in butter until brown. Stir in
potatoes, ham and seasonings, except paprika. Add boiling
water. Cook 15 minutes. Add hot milk. In a cup, combine
water and flour until smooth. Add to mixture. Serves 6.
