CHINESE SWEET CORN AND CRAB SOUP

1 can cream-style corn
1 can water
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat or 1/2
c. diced chicken
1 egg

Simmer corn, water and bouillon cube for 5 minutes. Add
chicken or crab, salt and pepper to taste. If using crab, just
reheat, do not overcook. Beat the egg in a small bowl with a
fork. Add all at once. Wait 10 seconds. Stir a few times and
serve.
