LIME GELATIN PINEAPPLE CREAM SALAD 2 small pkg. lime gelatin 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Cool slightly and fold in sour cream, salt, pineapple and pecans. Blend thoroughly and turn into one large mold. Chill until firm. Serve with mayonnaise.
