16 oz. can sauerkraut
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded carrots

Wash sauerkraut thoroughly until all odor is gone.
Drain. Combine sauerkraut, onion and green pepper; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sauerkraut mixture.
Stir well; cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Delicious. This is even better the third day!
