1/2 c. chopped, pitted ripe
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. pimento
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
4 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
