SPICED CRANBERRY RING 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. boiling water 1/2 tsp. cinnamon dash of cloves 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind (optional) 2 c. diced orange sections Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water. Add spices, cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in oranges. Pour into 6-cup mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Makes about 10 servings.
