CHILI SOUP 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 Tbsp. chili powder 2 cans chili beef soup 1 soup can of water 1 c. chopped tomatoes (canned) In a large saucepan brown beef; cook green peppers and onions with chili powder until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally. Makes about 6 1/2 cups.
