CABBAGE SOUP

scrap meat and bones
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
small can sauerkraut, drained
onions, desired amount
carrot, desired amount
tomatoes, desired amount
salt and pepper to taste

Make stock with meat and bones which have been saved and
frozen until ready to use. Strain stock. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer a couple of hours. Use a combination of
beef, pork and poultry bones or whichever combination you
desire.
