CARROT SALAD 2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked not overdone 1 medium onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard Combine soup, salad oil, sugar and mustard and bring to a boil. Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Very good.
