1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed
with cold water, drained
good, then chopped fine
1 c. celery, sliced fine
1 c. green peppers
1/2 c. (small jar) pimentos
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Mix together the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and prepared
mustard. Mix together with vegetables and let set for 6 hours
