PIZZA SALAD

Crust:

4 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt

Cream together and spread in the pizza pan. Prick holes
in crust. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool it.

Middle Part:
12 oz. soft cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
Cream together. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip, then spread
on your crust.
Top with any fresh fruit or canned fruit. Put on top of
Cool Whip mixture. Make sure all canned fruit is drained real
dry before putting on top of Cool Whip mixture.
