2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
1 c. sliced olives
1 c. chopped nuts
1 jar pimento cream cheese

Dissolve Jell-O, cool and set until firm. Whip Jell-O;
whip the cream. Add whipped cream. Add drained crushed
pineapple, sliced olives and chopped nuts. Last, add contents
of jar of pimento cream cheese. Fold this whole mixture. Pour
into desired dish. Cool in refrigerator until set. Makes nice
large salad.
