MOLDED LIME SALAD
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored
2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. (20 oz. can) crushed
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Pour over lime
flavored gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Combine cream cheese
and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended. Gradually add gelatin
mixture. Mix until well blended. Stir in pineapple. Chill
until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped whipping cream.
Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Garnish if desired. This is a recipe from our database at Cookbooks On/Line!
