CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE|
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
7/8 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Combine sugar and cocoa and stir over low heat for 2
minutes. Do not let sugar melt. Add milk, stirring constant-
ly, and the fat. Increase heat and boil rapidly for one
minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Serve over ice cream or lemon cake.
