CHEESE SAUCE FOR VEGETABLES|
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Add flour to butter; stir well. Add milk and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese in the white sauce. If you like it to
look richer, add a few drops of yellow food coloring. Pour
sauce over green beans, broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower.
