1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in remaining
ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2 quart mold or dish. Chill
until firm. Makes 8 servings.
