HOT CHICKEN SALAD
3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. water chestnuts
2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Reserve onion rings. Combine rest of ingredients and
mix together. Bake in a baking dish at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or
until bubbly. Top with onion rings and return to oven to
