CRANBERRY FRAPPE 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1 1/2 c. boiling water 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 pt. cranberries 1 1/4 c. sugar few grains salt Double recipe for 2 frozen trays (ice cube). Soak gelatin in cold water about 5 minutes. Cook cranberries in boiling water until soft; then force through puree strainer (Foley food mill). Add sugar, lemon juice and salt, bring to a boil; add soaked gelatin; cool. Turn into tray and place in freezer. A delicious accompaniment to roast turkey. Makes about three cups.
