GREEK SALAD 2 boxes Greek style rice pilaf 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (reserve juice) 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 3 c. chopped green onions 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 c. (3 oz.) chopped black olives 1 lb. shrimp Cook rice according to package; cool. Add green pepper, onions and sliced artichokes and olives to rice. Pour arti- choke juice into mayonnaise; mix well. Stir into rice mixture. Chill overnight.
