SOUR ZUCCHINI SALAD

2 to 3 c. zucchini
2 small green onions or 1
small onion
1 or 2 stalks celery
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salad oil (1 1/2 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt

Grate zucchini or slice very thin. Chop onion fine.
Chop celery fine. Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt.
Pour over all vegetables. Let set in refrigerator 2 or 3 hours
or overnight before serving. Will keep in refrigerator 2 or 3
days.
