HONEY SPICE MARINADE|
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine
2 or 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Mix well. Good on ham or pork. (I prefer pork steaks
or butterfly pork chops.) Marinate as long as possible (1 hour
or 1 day). Grill.
