COUNTRY SOUP 2 1/2 Tbsp. rice 1 carrot, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 bay leaf 2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 c. beef stock Place all ingredients in large pan.
