SLIM-JIM TUNA SALAD
3/4 c. wine vinegar
20 drops liquid sweetener
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil,
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans water
packed tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. 2 heads lettuce
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
1 medium cucumber, sliced
Mix vinegar, sweetener, basil, salt, pepper, tuna and
lettuce together. Prepare the remaining vegetables. Mix all
