1 1/2 c. 99% fat free cottage
5 Tbsp. diet mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded carrot
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. diced cucumber, unpeeled
1/2 c. chopped green or red
1/4 c. sliced radishes
1/4 c. chopped onion
Combine the ingredients and chill before serving. Makes
8 servings, 60 calories per serving.
