1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. capers
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chilled
3/4 c. diced cucumber
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, salt and pepper
for dressing. Combine tuna and cucumber. Just before serving,
