LEAN BEAN SALAD

16 oz. can sliced green beans,
drained
16 oz. can French style sliced
yellow beans, drained
1/4 c. onion flakes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 envelope French salad
dressing mix
1 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. finely chopped
pimiento
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of salt

Mix the beans, onion flakes and celery in bowl. In
another bowl, combine the salad dressing mix with the butter-
milk. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour this mixture over
the beans and toss lightly. Chill the bean salad for several
hours before serving. Makes 8 servings, 39 calories per serv-
ing.
