2 Tbsp. diced onions (green
onions can be used)
1 can tuna, packed in water
well drained
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. low calorie salad
1 medium can shoestring

Mix carrot, celery, onions, tuna and salad dressing.
Just before serving, mix in shoestring potatoes.
