GOURMET DRESSING 1 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin 2 1/2 c. tomato juice 2 1/2 tsp. dry salad dressing mix 2 Tbsp. vinegar Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup tomato juice; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin. Add salad dressing mix, vinegar and remaining tomato juice. Blend well. Chill. Stir before serving. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
