CORNED BEEF SOUP|
1 can corned beef
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can beef broth
2 c. water
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
dash of paprika
1/4 head cabbage, thinly
sliced (add any leftover
vegetables or add a few
frozen vegetables if
Combine all ingredients and cook for an hour in a
covered pot on low heat or until all vegetables are tender.
This is a delicious one-dish meal. Add more water if neces-
sary. Serves 6.
