HOT POTATO SALAD 10 medium red potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced (8 oz.) 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 6 strips crumbled bacon Boil potatoes in skins until done (20 minutes). Cool, peel and dice. Combine ingredients and put in pan with bacon on top. Use 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350 degrees oven. Serves 8 to 10. One half recipe will fill 8 x 8-inch pan.
