1 (16 oz.) can stewed
tomatoes, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
(sugar-free can be used)
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Heat tomatoes to boiling; add gelatin and vinegar. Stir
well until gelatin is dissolved. Pour in dish or mold and
chill until firm. Can be put back in can, pushed out and
sliced when firm.
