1/2 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp
(or 2 cans tiny shrimp,
1/2 large head lettuce, torn
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. frozen green peas
Miracle Whip salad dressing
chow mein noodles (1 large
Mix all ingredients (except noodles) with Miracle Whip.
Add pepper to taste. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow
mein noodles. Makes 4 to 6 large servings.
