SHRIMP SALAD 1/2 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp (or 2 cans tiny shrimp, drained) 1/2 large head lettuce, torn in pieces 1 medium onion, chopped 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 lb. frozen green peas Miracle Whip salad dressing black pepper chow mein noodles (1 large can) Mix all ingredients (except noodles) with Miracle Whip. Add pepper to taste. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Makes 4 to 6 large servings.
