HOT SPINACH SALAD

2 qt. torn spinach, stems
removed (10 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 slices bacon, chopped

Combine spinach, onion and tomato halves in salad bowl.
Stir together sugar, salt and mustard. Add lemon juice, catsup
and Worcestershire sauce to sugar mixture. Cook bacon in
skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Drain bacon on paper
towels; set aside. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons bacon
drippings. Add lemon mixture to skillet. Bring to a boil
about 1 minute. Add bacon to spinach mixture. Pour hot
dressing over all; toss well. Serve at once. Makes 6 serv-
ings.
