CREAMY WALDORF SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. boiling water 1 c. cold evaporated milk 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. chopped unpeeled apples 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. seedless raisins or seedless grapes 1/4 c. chopped nuts Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add milk and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened, then add apples, celery, raisins and nuts. Spoon into a 1 quart mold and chill until firm, about 4 hours. Makes 4 1/2 cups or 9 servings.
