CREAM OF POTATO SOUP|
2 c. cubed raw potato
1/4 c. chopped onions
4 tsp. celery stalks
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley
Cook potatoes, onion and celery; drain. Make white
sauce over low burner. Add spices and chopped parsley.
