ARTICHOKE CHICKEN SALAD
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni,
prepared and cooled
4 finely chopped green onions
1/2 medium green pepper,
10 chopped water chestnuts
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated
artichoke hearts, chopped
and drained, saving juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayo
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients using artichoke juice and mayo to
hold salad together. Make it moist. Chill and serve with warm
