ARTICHOKE CHICKEN SALAD 1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni, prepared and cooled 4 finely chopped green onions 1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped 10 chopped water chestnuts 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped and drained, saving juice 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/3 c. mayo salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients using artichoke juice and mayo to hold salad together. Make it moist. Chill and serve with warm sweet rolls and melon wedges.
