CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 2 Tbsp. margarine 1/4 c. sliced almonds 1/4 c. sesame seed 8 green onions, finely chopped 1 head green cabbage, finely chopped 2 to 3 oz. Ramen noodles, broken Dressing: 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 c. oil 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar Combine ingredients for dressing and mix well. Combine salad ingredients and toss well with dressing. Allow all to stand for several hours, but not overnight. This recipe was doubled and used for Point Loma Auxiliary luncheon.
