CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD|
1 (3 oz.) box cherry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 apple, cut in small bits
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. celery, cut fine
1 small orange
Dissolve jello in hot water (1 cup water only). Add
lemon juice and stir until dissolved. Add can of cranberry
sauce, using fork to break up into small particles. Peel and
section orange, cut into small pieces and add to jello mixture.
Add apple, walnuts and celery. Mix well and put in mold or
dish and refrigerate until well set.
