STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
20 oz. pkg. frozen, sliced
Mix pretzels, sugar and butter together and press into
13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool.
Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar; spread over pretzel
mix. Chill 1 hour.
Mix Jell-O, boiling water and sliced strawberries until
berries are thawed. Pour mixture over cream cheese and pret-
